Individual Adult Therapy

Foothills CBT provides individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT) for adults. Typically, our individual therapy sessions are 45-minutes long and take place on a once weekly basis.
