Foothills CBT, a group practice in Boulder, CO is pleased to announce an opportunity for a part-time or full-time qualified psychologist interested in joining an evidence-based, private psychology group practice in the Boulder, Colorado area. We are looking for a psychologist who is ready to be a part of a dynamic, fun, and collaborative team. The position is open immediately, though a successful candidate could start as late as fall 2021. We are open to candidates with a doctoral degree who are licensed or license eligible in the state of Colorado.

The mission of Foothills CBT is to provide cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies for individuals presenting from the community with a variety of concerns, while supporting a collegial, stimulating, happy and fun environment for the treatment team. The successful applicant will have excellent training and experience in evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and/or Dialectical Behavior therapy. The candidate must be well-trained, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and compassionate group of clinicians.

The psychologist will predominantly work with adults, young adults and college-aged individuals presenting with anxiety and/or mood disorders. However, the ideal candidate will also be interested in training/working with older teens. If a licensed candidate has interest in working with additional ages (early teen/adolescent) and/or niche presenting problems, that is valued and encouraged. Candidate will hold employee status. The hours and caseload are flexible and will be determined during the interview process based on the needs of the candidate and the practice. We offer excellent compensation, and the range of compensation will vary based on the number of clients seen each week. Employee compensation will be a percentage of net service fees collected. For example, a full-time salary at our current rate could could start at $100,000 plus PTO, based on 20 clients/week. Opportunity for additional income over 20 clients/week. Foothills CBT will provide full support with marketing and building a caseload. Weekly supervision and/or case consultation will be provided in a collaborative, supportive and fun team environment.
